For your items to be eligible for return, all parts must be unused, in new condition and still in it's original packaging.
Please contact our Customer Service Hub and we will send you a return address label of where your goods will be sent back to. You need to ensure this return label is clearly visible on the outside of your package or the warehouse may reject your package.
The shipment of your goods is your responsibility, so we recommend you insure and track the shipment and send us the tracking details so that we can track its return.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centre (usually within 10 days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment or store credit. This credit will not include any original shipping charges.
